Wayne Rooney has come out spoken his piece - "...I think Iniesta is the best player in the world at the moment." (Source) - but the fans of the world seem to agree: Andres Iniesta is being given serious consideration as Best Player In The World.
Over the course of 24 hours Iniesta has doubled his votes and moved from 11th to 7th spot on the Best Player Board.
Moreover, he has now earned the fourth most Media Mentions for "best player in the world", behind only Messi, Ronaldo and Gerrard.
